Off Peak: Open by appointment or if you happen to find me at the shop working. Call 603-237-1613 to make an appointment. Leave a message if I don’t pick up. Expect the phone to ring up to EIGHT (8) times before you can leave a message.
Shoulder Seasons (Fall & Spring) Vary seasonally based on demand. Typically reduced, but regular posted hours. Those reduced hours don’t work for everybody, so we can also arrange for appointments as availability allows outside of set hours, including emergency availability.
Peak Season (June-August) Tuesday through Friday 9:00-5:00; Saturdays 9:00-1:00. Appointments are not taken during this season–we schedule work based on the order that bikes come in. Our shop typically operates with a single employee daily who acts as the salesman, mechanic, custodial staff, customer service agent, grounds keeper, book keeper, ride leader, and wears any other hats that need be outfitted that day.
Off-Peak Season (October-March) By Appointment Only. We focus more on our family and realized after the first 10 years that it’s quiet enough that we don’t have to staff the shop, but can consolidate appointments to meet the local needs or come in when emergency needs arise.
